Solidarity call to create unity across our Business Resource Groups (BRGs). Adelante, Cultivate, Elevate, Generations, Inspire, iWIN, Military Strong & Allies, Pride, Thrive.
Spoken-truth sessions with BRGs.
Timely collaborative podcast featuring leaders from our LGBTQ+ (Pride) and African American (Cultivate) Business Resource Groups. Members discussed intersectionality and personal emotional stories of reflection and hope.

Open dialogue with our CEO Dr. Tiffany Jana, Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership, trained 500 senior leaders and H.R. on Inclusive Leadership & Allyship. Dr. Robert W. Livingston, faculty at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, trained 800+ ADP leaders, including our Executive team, on unconscious bias.
