At Brazil Labs you will find the stability of a large company with the growth and agility of a small one.
We continue to invest in innovation in our Brazil Labs locations. Former CEO, Carlos Rodriguez, joins our location leader, Julio Hartmann, and Head of Innovation, Roberto Masiero, cut the ribbon on the Brazil Labs office expansion.
Located in Porto Alegre, Brazil, this location provides software and infrastructure development for ADP products worldwide, working with large-scale initiatives in several geographies, including Brazil, the United States, and India. As an internationally distributed software development team, inspiring innovation is essential. Our technology and product teams work on current and next-generation platforms using various technology stacks.

Our internship program launched over ten years ago. Every year it attracts more than 10,000 applicants. Our mission is to support students’ professional achievements, develop their skills, and help them to become future technology leaders.
At Brazil Labs, interns are encouraged to exchange experiences with different teams in a continuous learning process focused on teamwork. As part of the program, we will expose you to global projects that provide valuable opportunities to develop your career.
More than 156 people have passed through our internship program and have experienced our collaborative culture. Of those, 62% were hired and have grown their careers using new tech in a stable global company built on market success. Our products make a meaningful impact on millions of people around the world.
