[TEXT: Achyut, Senior Project Manager] Hyderabad is a great combination of cosmopolitan culture, culinary delight, very affordable cost of living, and a fun place to meet several like-minded people. The work culture in Hyderabad mimics that of the Western world, as many of the companies here are associated with Europe and North America.
[TEXT: Sai, Solution Architect] Historically, Hyderabad is a place with rich art and architecture. Big world famous Charminar, Golconda Fort, Buddha Statue are evidence of architecture. So what is a better place to be a solution architect than a place filled with the vibes of art and architecture?
[TEXT: Anuj, Director - Project Development] At ADP Hyderabad, you find people from across India. You have people from Delhi, you have people from Rajasthan, you have people from Madhya Pradesh, from Kerala. You have the whole India in Hyderabad in the ADP office.
What is really exciting about being at this campus is they have so many teams together at one single place. All of them interact a lot. They are very welcoming. I have found a lot of places where a new person join in and finding it really easy to mingle up with the people around because people are friendly. But at the same time, they are very responsible for what they are doing. So the culture is fantastic. And another interesting thing is the real relationship it builds, the ADP associate builds with, not just with their associates, but with their families. The family day is a great hit with my kids and they love that a lot.
[TEXT: Madhavi, Agile Coach] ADP Hyderabad is a great place where I get to learn with people from different perspectives and different cultures. So this gives me a global exposure and a great learning platform. [TEXT: Anjani, Design Engineer] ADP was my first job when I completed my Bachelor's, and so I think that's that special bond that I have, and I always lean towards ADP because I like the culture. I moved and worked to different companies as well, but that is what kept pulling me back, that the culture is great, people are great.
In 2013, June, is when I joined ADP India. I joined as a fresher, and the team was good, great. I worked there for two years. I moved to US to do my Master's, and when I was doing my Master's, I did internship at Florham Park, New Jersey as an intern.
And then once I completed my Master's, I worked at another company. But within five months is when I found a very great opportunity here at Pasadena. The location is great. So I thought, why not? And I just made a move. And I've been here for two years one month, and I'm loving it.

[TEXT: Manoj, Principal Data Scientist] Well, at ADP there's never a dull day. I get to work with people with different backgrounds, different mindsets. I have people who are grads really, and I have people in my group who have more than 10 years of experience, each bringing their own value to the table.

I followed ADP both from the business perspective, and from the career perspective, and determined that if I were to work with the company of my choice, it would be ADP and ADP only.

[TEXT: Anuj, Director Product Development] The kind of technology and the tools that we use, we take it as an Angular or take it as the big data stack, all the data science projects that we are handling, all that, we give a lot of freedom for the developers to come up with the solutions of what are the right tools and the technology to actually implement that. And we have a whole layer of architects who can basically help us not just take the right tool but also how to implement those tools and use that to build a great software. So very exciting here.
[TEXT: Manoj, Principal Data Scientist] We use big data Apache Spark heavily on AI and ML space. We work with Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, also SageMaker. So this is the kind of toolkit we use extensively.
[TEXT: Akash, Consultant] I'm working on a next gen HCM product, which is being built on cloud native approach. The technologies that we use are Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and NoSQL databases.

[TEXT: Sandeep, Senior Director] I see myself as an enabler into the team. My leadership philosophy is AMP, bringing autonomy, mastery, and defining the purpose. So that everybody is successful, my team has got what they need from me as a leader as well as they are very clear what is the mission and vision they are working on. And that's the one thing which I always focus-- in order to bring clarity at all levels.
The impact of my work is very high because it definitely brings out the purpose very, very clearly among everybody here as well as I play a critical role in order to connect whatever in the world gets done here, how it is getting translated on impacting to the clients and their needs.
