Being in Roseland at ADP's main headquarters-- not everybody thinks of this as being a technology location. And it's not, necessarily, but there are a lot of technologists here. The majority of my team is here. There are a lot of things that we do from a technology perspective originate out of Roseland. The environment-- you know, we are close to New York City, which makes it attractive. There are a lot of technologists that live in this area that commute into the city and a lot of times this location is perfect for them.

So working with my cross-functional team-- I am deeply, deeply, truly, truly amazingly blessed. They bring out the best in me and collectively is a very, very large team at the core of ADP. We have been able to successfully rule out the fraud prevention measures to our clients. It's teamwork is the dream work and we are living that dream work. So makes us-- I think many times that believing in magic is the beginning, creating magic is progress. But delivering magic with your fantastic friends is success. And truly successful with my friends-- that's awesome.

Being a dad working at ADP has been great. When I worked in prior organizations, even in the city, for example, it's very stressful when you have to step out to handle something for your family or for your kids. And ADP, I feel like there's that culture of, you know, of ownership. You own your workload, you can handle it on your own. No one has to watch you. And being a dad at ADP is great because I feel I have the flexibility to handle my family business and still balance my work life.

I think working in the tri-state area is also-- you are in the midst of startup culture. And you get to experience that through a bigger company like ADP. So I think it is very interesting to meet new people in that location, but It's still ADP. It's a bigger corporation in a startup feeling culture, basically.

What we're doing here is exciting because we get to impact our clients, the people who work for our clients, and, overall, the industry. We're building brand new software so that clients of ADP and clients who are not yet part of ADP’s family will get the best in class experience for doing things that might seem mundane, like changing your direct deposit or looking at your pay, but really help expand out for those employees, how do I find a better job, how do I actually get feedback that matters.
So we get to impact clients who use our software and the employees there, which in turn lets us impact the industry by releasing software that no one else really has and becoming a true market leader in the exchange space.

The impact I think I'm making too ADP is to bring the words of our amazing people together and put those ideas into a collective vein that we are able to channelize and deliver for our business success. So we are a large organization, yet we are so close together that we are able to give this value to the business as a collective team. So it's, again, the center, I would focus, is the team. My contribution and my impact is bringing all of us together so we deliver what is needed for the business for today, tomorrow, and for the years to come.

Many companies you work for, you don't have the luxury of saying, I use my product. And in our company we actually do. We all use HR software. And specifically, we all use ADP products, right, for our own stuff. So I feel like we can be something that eats our own dog food, so to speak.
We can give feedback. We can be able to do things in terms of shaping what the product is that a lot of companies don't have the luxury of doing. They have to go to end users, get feedback, which we do as well. But it's also important to know that we are also end users. And we're a specific segment of that. We're not the full population. But we are an important segment. And we represent something that we can quickly get on a day to day basis.
So as we're building products, we can actually go to the group next to us or we can go to, you know, we got thousands of employees just on this campus that we can leverage and take advantage of to get quick feedback before we go out into the wild to get feedback from other companies. It's a much quicker loop, I think, that we have an advantage on that other companies do not.
