For pursuing its modernization & globalization, ADP is looking for a Webtier / Access management Engineer
In this role,
•You will join a DEVOPS organization, combining developers & architects & engineers focusing on Access & Identity Management (IDAM)
•You'll report to a matrix organization : hard line to the IT engineering service of EMEA (GETS), dotted line to the "Access & Identity Management" Product development teams in APAC, EMEA, AMRS
•You'll be in touch with various Product Owners, depending on the area of focus (Next Gen environment, or Current Gen environment )
•You will work on the modernization of the Customer Facing IDAM ecosystem in ADP, focusing on the Access Management support for the APAC region.
•Your mission will consist in
•Supporting existing Access Management infrastructure & processes in the region, next to DEVOPS team
•Participating to the design (with help of Architect) of the new Access Management solution (new services, new tools), based on Cloud based services (AWS)
•Building, Deploying & maintaining (operate) these new infrastructure components ( Servers, API & Tools)
•Globalizing & standardizing the access management ecosystem & process. Work on convergence with other Regions
•Integrating, customizing & deploying new Access Management modules on Next Gen platforms
•Automate all deployments & develop Self Services
•Identify Migration scenarios from Current Gen to Next Gen Identity replication/migration technologies & support it
•Coordinating, Communicating & driving changes in the region, in conjunction with other regions
•Supporting Roadmap & EOL
•Document processes, escalation path, maintain RACI matrix
•Train key teams/stakeholders
•Scope & Integrate New Products & accompany Product Management teams on their IDAM evolutions

•Certificate Management

•Autonomous
•Able to report clearly progress made & upcoming work
•Show impediment
•Able to estimate work (T-shirt sizing)
•Familiar with Agile methodology (Kanban, Scrum,) & SaFe (Program increment.)
•Environnement : Scrum/Safe + ITIL
•Scope : APAC Region (china, australia, india), cooperation with EMEA & AMRS
•Seniority: A minimum of 5 years of experience with Access Management layers (Siteminder is Mandatory)
•Languages : English : read/written/spoken (professional)
