ADP is hiring a SME/Product Owner for Iberian Payroll
We’re looking for someone who excels when no two days are the same. You will work alongside a team of friendly, passionate and creative SMEs and developers to bring our NextGen products to market in the Spain. Seeking input from many sources and avenues is second nature to you, and you’re not afraid to try out numerous ideas even if some might fail. You are confident enough to throw out what doesn’t work and start and again if it means a better payroll solution. You’re always thinking about the next differentiating feature and how to do things better than competitors. You love evangelising about payroll and communicate with confidence.
Your knowledge of Iberian/Spanish Payroll is thorough. You understand the end-to-end product development cycle and can deliver products that satisfy a diverse list of global stakeholders. You communicate progress to them and deliver great products using agile methodology.

Here’s what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a payroll SME/Product Owner at ADP.
- We’ll start each day with a scrum. Our developers are responsible for making your payroll product ideas come alive, and so we collaborate every day.
- Owning the design. Documenting and prioritising payroll product features. Understanding the influence that clients, the market, ADP’s goals and the future of tech have on your products.
- Creating strong alliances with diverse stakeholders across the world. Ensuring everyone is in this together and communicates in the most appropriate way.
- With developers, other SMEs and UX teams, amongst others, to continually drive innovation and make the payroll product the best it can be.
- Exciting ones. We’re working on payroll products with tech we’ve never used before. Inevitable challenges will arise, and we’ll rely on you to make the decisions on priorities for the development team while keeping both users and the strategic direction of the solution in mind.
