In this role you will become an integral part of an Operations team responsible for overseeing the onboarding and continuous improvement of Service technology platforms. The available features streamline service interactions, supporting an optimal client experience.

To thrive in this role you’ll need to:

  • Become a trusted advisor to our business partners: You’ll seek to understand pain points our internal Service partners and clients experience so that you can provide a consultative approach to designing solutions. In some cases, you will communicate those solution designs to a corporate team, ensuring they fully understand the business need.
  • Provide ongoing support to the user community: You will address functional questions, interact with designated contacts in each service organization to build subject matter expertise, and listen intently to feedback on what is or is/not working for our internal/external clients.
  • Drive adoption of digital service technologies: Equally important to the design of great service tools is the ability to successfully roll them out to the user community in a way that encourages adoption. This includes organizational readiness activities, training, and the ability to influence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Senior Technology Services Consultant at ADP. You will:

  • Support our existing service tools while we actively prepare for Salesforce Service and Experience Clouds onboarding
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify new solutions
  • Create user stories for our corporate team to support future development
  • Conduct user acceptance testing of planned release items to ensure they function as designed
  • Provide training, develop user documentation, and org readiness materials
  • Develop programs that will increase digital adoption and provide success/ROI metrics
  • Everyone deserves time away from work! You will occasionally be asked to back up a team member who has a similar role when they are out of the office – they will do the same for you!

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • You’ll have 3-5 years of experience in an ADP Service organization or equivalent experience supporting Salesforce Service and/or Experience Cloud platforms in a large B2B organization
  • You’ll readily share your experiences, skills, and talent with team members to ensure we are collectively successful
  • Other skills that could set you apart: Salesforce Associate, AI Associate, or Administration certifications, CSPO certification
  • A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
    • Experience noted above, OR
    • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success
