Job Title: Lead Application Developer
Location: Alpharetta, GA
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Lead Application Developer at our Alpharetta, GA location. Responsibilities: Develop software application solutions for ADP’s external and internal clients and be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Work with clients, product managers analysts, architects and engineers to plan, design, develop, test and implement information technology solutions consistent with business objectives. Develop and review software requirements, create design documents, write programs, and package, test, configure and deploy software. Participate and collaborate with other stakeholders, including security, quality assurance, training, project management, engineering, hosting, and procurement to develop software solutions. Work with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to review use case scenarios for the feature functionality for development, modularizing and breaking down the work to provide incremental releases to the client. Plan the software release of the functionality working closely with the development leader. Design architecture related to ADP’s HR/Payroll products and develop the software products according to ADP’s Enterprise Architecture principles.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field plus eight (8) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master’s degree plus five (5) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree plus eight years of experience.
