Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Roseland, NJ
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Technical Project Manager at our Roseland, NJ location. Responsibilities: Design and develop software solutions and product engineering for ADP’s GETS group. Plan and coordinate the resources required to complete software project tasks within the predicted project cost, time, and quality estimates. Define and track all software project deliverables and reporting status. Participate in multiple projects using Agile and waterfall project management methodologies. Develop data network, voice, and distributed systems. Participate in mainframe, midrange, middleware, web, and database development. Participate in end user computing, service technologies, disaster recover, and data center site management.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus seven (7) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master’s degree plus three (3) years of experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree plus seven (7) years of experience.
One (1) year of experience must include: Confluence; Rally or JIRA Project Management tools; Waterfall Project Management Methodologies; Network infrastructure build out of the WAN/LAN/WiFi/Voice; Computer networks and concepts, including LAN, WAN, SAN, and Network Security; Network Infrastructure including Servers, routing, switching, installation, configuration of network devices, Proxies, firewalls, and wireless networks; SAN Storage migrations including VMAX; LDAP and Associate Identity Management Practices; Digital Workplace Technology Implementation, including Webex, OneDrive, and O365; and Scaled Agile Practices (SAFe Framework), including OKRs (Objective Key Results) and PI Planning.
