Director of Accessibility

This position can be worked remote.
As the Head of Accessibility for ADP, you will lead the mission to ensure that our all of our product teams are delivering fully accessible experiences to our tens of millions of users. You will have the opportunity to define our point of view, form our strategy, and work with designers, developers, and leaders at every level to bake accessibility into everything we do.
You will play a strategic role forming a team of accessibility experts to define our vision, strategy, and approach that will enable you to scale to drive the delivery of accessible software across the company. As an expert who has driven accessibility programs, you know how to identify accessibility issues, close the gaps, and drive progress.
To thrive in this role, you should love leading from the front and using your influence to make a broad and deep impact. You easily articulate where we need to go, how we need to get there, and how we’ll measure our progress and adjust along the way. You will join ADP at a pivotal moment to truly shape our path forward and expand access to our all of our products.

The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the compensation section below. Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. In addition, this position may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
If you are a salaried or hourly worker who works an average of 32 hours or more hours per week, we offer the following benefits:

Compensation Range for US Nevada residents: $112,000 – $170,240 / Year.
