Job Title: Lead Application Developer
Location: Pasadena, CA
Job Duties:
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Lead Application Developer at our Pasadena, CA location. Responsibilities: Participate in SAP Basis System Administration and SAP system maintenance. Assist in infrastructure management, including SAP installation, tuning, patching and upgrades. Handle system performance, health analysis, and troubleshooting. Provide technical support, system monitoring and incident management. Conduct technical project implementation and coordinate with architects, DevOps, development teams and software vendors. Participate in basis-related activities from onshore and co-ordinate with the offshore support team. Deliver hands-on day-to-day SAP global production support, including High Available multi-node landscapes and coordinate with team members, external consultants, and SAP OSS. Work with key business users to configure and modify SAP to meet business requirements using best practices.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field plus eight (8) years of related experience.
Work Experience:
Four (4) year of experience must include: Oracle and HANA Administration; Linux Administration; SAP Archiving (SAP ILM, ixos, content and archiving server); Scripting, including shell scripting and SAP script; Hardware architecture (on prem and cloud); SAP Performance Monitoring and Tunning; Solution Manager Configuration and Administration; Change Management (RevTrac and CTS+, SAP Transport Management); SAP System Client copy, refresh, and license management; SAP Backup.
