Job Title: Technical Product Manager
Location: New York, NY
Job Duties:
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Technical Product Manager at our New York, NY location. Responsibilities: Drive the Product Roadmap, feature backlog, and reliability to address the needs of ADP’s next-gen Human Capital Management (HCM) software applications as well as the needs of the Lifion platform. Lead the Lightweight Integration (LWI) product team, empowering clients to configure their own differentiated integrations, based on their requirements, allowing them to define the scope of data and participants. Prepare software product roadmaps/vision documents, translate business problems into software product features and break down business problems into a series of smaller, usable, valuable deliverables. Guide and govern the usage of software products and monitor rollout and feedback of new features to drive enhancement of the Product. Develop functional specifications, Solution Designs and oversee implementation by the engineering teams, prioritize work across several stakeholders. Partner with Engineering for overall architecture design of the software product. Communicate roadmaps / plans to stakeholders, providing transparency into deliverables and timelines.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master’s degree plus two (2) years of experience.
Work Experience:
Two (2) years of experience must include: Data Modelling techniques, including 3NF, entity identification, and implementing one-to-many and many-to-many; RDBMS; JavaScript frameworks, including Angular.js, Backbone.js, Ember.js or React; Data structures, algorithms, and run-time optimization; C#; Java; C++; Python; and BDD or TDD methodologies.
